At SIMEGAT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Skincare products (serums, masks, creams)
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect: we'll cover the return shipping cost
- If you've changed your mind: return shipping is at your own cost
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
